DNS resolution has been spotty during the renewal of our domain. In certain cases, replacing the host with the underlying IP will resolve the issue.
For the time being, we updated our systems to show the real IP instead of the openredis.io based DNS name -- customers are encouraged to use this during this incident until we've confirmed all locations are able to resolve the DNS names correctly.
